OUR MISSION
Ride It Forward (RIF) is a 501c(3) non-profit organization that unites the motorcycle riding community in the power of possibility — raising funds to improve communities, help those in need and introduce new generations to the joy of riding.
RIF was launched in 20019 with the intent of hosting a national Ride It Forward Day of Charity — “ a day of riding, caring, helping & healing,” with riders meeting at their local participating BMW dealer to see firsthand the impact local charities were making in their communities.
Unfortunately, the pandemic derailed the Day of Charity, but RIF was not deterred in its efforts to engage fellow motorcycle enthusiasts in supporting vital philanthropic work.
Meet our Founder
Chad Warner
Chad Warner is a man driven by passion—a third-generation Marine and the sixth in his family to serve. A few years ago, Chad transitioned from the investment and advisory world to become a skilled adventure motorcyclist, videographer, and a cherished friend to many. Yet, at his core, he embodies the spirit of a humanitarian.
Chad made a significant impact in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, assisting Motorrad Angels founder Tom Palmer in distributing thousands of solar lights and water purification systems. This experience inspired him to establish Ride It Forward, Journeys of Hope, which aims to bring groups of adventurous riders to some of the world’s most breathtaking destinations. The initiative partners with local and international charities to help rebuild orphanages and schools, while also providing clean water and essential support to vulnerable communities. Chad’s vision includes expanding Ride It Forward to countries like South Africa, Colombia, and other locations in South America.
“Domestically,” Chad shares, “Ride It Forward will soon offer veterans the chance to participate in motorcycle training and tours at no cost. We will provide these veterans with motorcycles and gear, rider training, and assistance in organizing safe riding routes. The goal is to foster connections among veterans, allowing them to share their stories of service and sacrifice.”
